The coaches tailor the experience to what you are looking to get out of it from exercise and fitness all the way up to high level competition. The owner and head coach has many years of experience and it shows. He takes time to make sure everyone understands the techniques being taught and will go out of his way to give personal attention if you’re struggling. He also pushes a “no meatheads and no ego” vibe in the gym so you don’t have to worry about training partners who are dangerous to drill or roll with. I can’t recommend highly enough.
