The gym was exceptionally clean, and everyone I rolled with was incredibly kind and welcoming. Manny, black belt, is fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and truly someone you can learn a lot from. I’ve trained at multiple gyms, and this is hands down the most welcoming one I’ve visited. If you’re ever in the area, this is definitely a spot to keep on your radar. Highly recommend!”

“I came here last year and was quickly humbled by the level of talent that many of the athletes possess. The white belts felt like blue belts and the blue belts felt like purple belts. I myself am a purple belt and have competed at every level and these dudes were nice! I had a chance to roll with one of the instructors named Chris and recently when I came back this time with another named Josh and they felt like what true black belts should feel like, poised, impenetrable defenses and dangerous from any position. The most impressive thing about this gym is the attention to detail. The reason everyone is so good is because of the effort that Manny and Jared put into teaching their students. They are meticulous with their instruction and it makes all the difference. I tried many gyms in this area and this had to be one of if not THE BEST one. Hope to come by and roll again. OSS”
