“What sets this place apart from other gyms is the culture that Professor Willingham has instilled in his students and his academy. He instills a team first attitude where everyone helps each other out not only on the mats but in life as well. Finding a bjj academy is not difficult, but what is difficult is finding an academy that makes you want to come back and continuously improve yourself as a practitioner and as a person. When I moved to the area I was worried about finding an academy where I would love as much as my last one. I am extremely grateful and lucky that I have crossed paths with Professor and everyone else at the school.
