“Manny is an incredible coach, leader, and teacher. He’s patient and never makes you feel bad for asking a question. I have been apart of other gyms, but there is no ego here. All the guys are trying to learn , grow and help each other along the way. Couldn’t ask for a better culture. I have two kids (7&6) that started a few months ago in the kids class and I honestly didn’t know how they would do…They ask to go to jitz every day now. It’s rare to have the owner of the gym teach the kids classes as well! If you’re looking for a gym look no further.”

“Coach Manny and the rest of the community at this gym have helped me through tough times, helped me find direction in life, and constantly remind me how grateful I am that I started training with these guys. I took second place at my first tournament thanks to the 10th Planet system that Manny is passing on with high levels of detail, and I will definitely be getting several more medals with this team all the way to black belt. The technique and competition classes are always great, but the welcoming group of people sets this gym apart 😎”
