“Great place to train. Dropped in for a week. A wide variety of classes and times available daily. Knowledgeable coaches and talented students to train with and get in a few rolls. I’ve only trained for 4 years and am older than dirt, everyone made me feel very welcome. A great drop in experience compared to some places. For those in the area, what a great place to train regularly. Will stop by here whenever in the town.”

“Such a fun spot with great training partners and a huge space. The gym is clearly kept clean and well-maintained. Rave and Roll, held on the last Friday of every month, is an absolute blast. Even coming from another school, I felt completely welcome. I was able to alternate between heavy rounds and technical rounds with a variety of people. Everyone I met was genuine, friendly, and considerate.”

“I was lucky enough to be able to drop in and train with the head instructor Conor Heun and his team tonight. It was a great experience and the gym has a great vibe of camaraderie and respect. I was welcomed with open arms and the team even stayed back after class just to talk. What was also amazing was how impeccably clean and sanitary the mat space was. The footbath was changed with fresh chemical before class and the flow of traffic was well-controlled. The cleanliness standards are at the highest levels. This is a respectful gym in every way! I hope to come back again one day and I will wear my newly-acquired 10P Denver rashguard proudly!!!”
