Extremely friendly and knowledgeable group. Highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area. Great environment. Only wish I had more time to spend with them. We don’t spend 20 minutes warming up so you get more time for instruction. We train leg attacks right away which starts a foundation of awareness from day 1.
