“I dropped in while I was on vacation and took the 11am all levels class. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The head instructor was out the day I dropped in but the assistant coach was excellent and did a great job breaking down the techniques we were learning. “Great experience, needs more stars.…can’t say enough good things about Pat and his gym. A great group of people who are all kind and looking to help everyone get better. Pat is an exceptional coach who is knowledgeable, patient, technical and thorough. He runs a structured class with a curriculum he works from. I’ve dropped in at more than a half a dozen gyms and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had… They work and train hard but are super cool with wherever you’re at… They were great to me, the geezer who just wanted to learn the techniques of the day. Kindest group of killers I’ve met so far.”
