“I dropped in for a Saturday morning adult class with Coach Steve while visiting town, and it was an awesome experience. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The class was busy but well-organized, with plenty of space for everyone. Coach Steve gave detailed, high-quality instruction, and we finished with live rounds to practice what we learned. If you’re looking for top-tier jiu-jitsu in Long Island, I highly recommend checking this place out!”

“Been going here for over a year now and it’s been a great experience. Great group of people to train with varying experience levels. The coaches are also very accessible and genuinely invested in your BJJ journey. Also, if your interested in competing they host local tournament throughout the year. See you on the mats 🤙🏽”

“One of the best BJJ gyms on LI and easily my favorite, especially for no gi. The community is super friendly and supportive, Steve is a very helpful (and patient) coach, and the gym boasts a really impressive recovery section AND hosts monthly seminars for health and wellness to make sure you don’t just walk away injured and unable to train. If you’re curious about BJJ, I would highly recommend their fundamental classes to see if this sport is for you.”
