“Was visiting family in the area and while visiting was looking for a gym to train at and dropped in for a fundamentals class. Everyone was extremely welcoming, especially coach Chris! Coach Chris went out of his way to help perfect already existing skills as well as teaching new skills based on the positions we preferred to play in. Other individuals training also stayed after class to share their knowledge and experiences on the mats. Was an overall fantastic experience and will be dropping in every time I am in town to visit! Highly recommend to everyone who is just learning or already has years under their belts.”
