I had some really great rolls and also one of the instructors put me through the absolute wringer (that might have even been the name of the move, you never know with these 10p guys). I highly recommend trying it out, I've really fallen in love with it, I can't imagine how fun it will be once I actually know what I'm doing! I almost forgot...
