“Visited Friday night open mat while in the area when I found out this school was Adoptacop affiliated. Very responsive over DM's so I knew I could drop in without worry. Was immediately welcomed at the door and given a basic rundown. Easy check-in process. Lots of mat space. The rounds were very technical and everybody was friendly - good number of ladies as well. Common theme in the room was definitely wrestling and leg attacks, which were all very controlled. I felt very safe rolling with everybody as a smaller female. There were plenty of schools in the area and I am very happy I picked this one! Will be back when I pass through again.”
