“Had an awesome visit to 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Roundrock while vacationing at Kalahari Resort! Coach Scott was amazing—he even extended his leg lock class to accommodate my arrival. I reached out on Instagram and checked the website for the 10A Leg Lock Class or 11A Open Mat, and Scott was super helpful in letting my know the website wasn't up to date. The academy was just 5 miles from our stay, easy to find, really clean & plenty of parking. He’s really knowledgeable with Souders training methods and used games to make the lessons stick, which I’m still using back home. I was a bit lost with some acronyms, but Scott was quick to help with any questions. I highly recommend training here if you’re in the area, especially if your wife won’t let you stray too far from the family!”

“I dropped in to an early morning class when I was visiting from out of town . Great facilities and great people sharing the mat with me. The instructor taught one of the most engaging and instructive classes I’ve ever been in. It was a great approach to setting up drills with clear, simple objectives that allowed the insight and skills to emerge naturally. Then the instructor led a quick discussion along with some movement advice that made a lot more sense after experiencing it. Awesome class. I will be back.”

“The facilities are great. But the instructors are amazing. Totally welcoming and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. Manny Chavez knows how to teach proficiently at any level from kids, to beginner adults, to experts. Other trainers there are also superb, like Jacob Norton, and Kyle Boehm (who is top ranked in the world). If you have ever wanted to try bjj, this is the time, and this is the gym.”

“Everyone here is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The facility is super clean, large, and well organized. The instructors here are patient and take their time to explain things from whatever background you are coming from. I've been to a good amount of other gyms as a visitor and some I would never return to, lol- this is not one of those gyms. I can honestly say this was simply a great experience and I can't wait to come back next time I'm in town!”
