“The coaches and trainers are great people, I cant stress that enough, the place is clean, and the people are respectful. I am giving them a 1 star only because of the contract policy. I've been trying to cancel for a year now. But I haven't been able to get in there. It has been very difficult. My child hasn't trained in almost a year. They are still getting paid because the policy is you have to go in. Which is stupid. Just to sign a paper. Email that shit to me!!! Why make it so difficult for us. How many people do you have in my situation, you guys are like LA Fitness”

“I have been going here intermittently due to my work schedule for the past 6 years (back when it was off Mission by the Metroflex). The coaches are phenomenal experts in their fields, and the atmosphere is saturated with a real community thoughtfulness and respect. The training / sparring partners are all very driven and motivated, with everyone pushing and pulling each other towards being better than the day before. I've seen guys come into the gym with zero experience, who are now fighting for belts. This gym is a packed with top performers and a top notch place for martial arts in general, with their Jiu-Jitsu surely second to none. I highly recomend checking them out if you haven't done so already. Don't settle for less.”

“I dropped in for a class when I was in town. The facility was amazing and had a lot to offer. Most importantly, the people were welcoming and cool. From the guy at the front desk to individuals training, everyone was great. Geo’s instruction was on point and the rolls were tough. Highly recommend them!”

“If you’re looking for a great place to start your fitness journey and meet some amazing people this is it. If you’re already an athlete and want to push yourself harder, this is it.. They have classes for everyone at every level. I was intimidated at first but after my first class I knew this place and the coaches/trainers were legit. You can take their classes or workout on your own. They have different levels of membership based on what you want to do and you can increase or decrease it every month with their month to month options. There are some fighters you may recognize and some big names but everyone is down to earth. I love the boxing taught by Adam Castro and A.J. The strength and conditioning is taught by a physical therapist Mike from Good Vibes PT. AJ is a former pro and teaches striking and bags, and the Friday strength and conditioning class. If BJJ is your thing they have so many classes throughout the day as well as an all women’s class and a 101 class a few times a week. More than that, though the atmosphere is super positive everyone is very friendly. It’s a place where you can make friends to hang out with, and everybody wants to help each other out to become their very best. If you decide to visit, they offer the opportunity to try all the classes for a small fee. This is where I regained my confidence and am stronger physically and mentally.
