“If you’re looking for a great place to start your fitness journey and meet some amazing people this is it. If you’re already an athlete and want to push yourself harder, this is it.. They have classes for everyone at every level. I was intimidated at first but after my first class I knew this place and the coaches/trainers were legit. You can take their classes or workout on your own. They have different levels of membership based on what you want to do and you can increase or decrease it every month with their month to month options. There are some fighters you may recognize and some big names but everyone is down to earth. I love the boxing taught by Adam Castro and A.J. The strength and conditioning is taught by a physical therapist Mike from Good Vibes PT. AJ is a former pro and teaches striking and bags, and the Friday strength and conditioning class. If BJJ is your thing they have so many classes throughout the day as well as an all women’s class and a 101 class a few times a week. More than that, though the atmosphere is super positive everyone is very friendly. It’s a place where you can make friends to hang out with, and everybody wants to help each other out to become their very best. If you decide to visit, they offer the opportunity to try all the classes for a small fee. This is where I regained my confidence and am stronger physically and mentally.
