“Started off learning Jiu Jitsu quite nervous and not really knowing what to expect. Coach Steeyle has been great with taking his time to teach the new people even throughout very busy nights. This is a gym where members get together to train hard but still make friendships with people from all walks of life. The schedule is filled with classes throughout the day/week, yoga classes are great, cold plunge/sauna available, and it is always kept clean. This gym has always provided me with great training partners and laughs. I always feel better after training here. Great gym and I would highly recommend trying out the free class.”
