“We are a homeschool family, and were looking for ways to help our son socialize, build self confidence, self discipline, and learn self defense. 144 BJJ has provided all of the above and more. My son has gained new friends, become more confident in himself, and has learned lots of self defense techniques. The owners are amazing! They are some of the most down to earth and genuine people. You can tell they are very passionate about what they do, which makes our family love going even more. We plan to stick with them long term, we are so happy to have such an amazing BJJ gym in our community!”

My son Calintz started wrestling here this past November and from day one he was made to feel welcome. Super clean/sanitary, open concept, mats along the walls, high intensity, and an amazing coach that breaks down techniques in a way you can utilize in all ways possible. Great gym for boys/girls and men/women of all ages! One of my favorite aspects of the experience is listening in on the positive lessons taught to the kids after training in their “Mat Chat” half circle. Highly recommend 144BJJ!”
