“Coach Allen had invited me to an open mat. I had a wonderful experience. There are many upper belts to learn from and everybody was very welcoming. People were willing to work with you and teach you. The gym itself was very spacious and clean. The open mat was on Sunday at 11 o’clock to 1 o’clock. I ended up getting a phenomenal workout and learned a lot. If you are in the McKinney area, I would highly recommend you go and check out this gym and consider signing up.”

She wasn’t sure about the sport at all at first but thanks to the other kids and coach Justin she has grown to enjoy coming and learning new things.
