“As far as I know this is the best BJJ school in the area . They have classes and open mats that fit peoples schedules whether you work days or nights. The school has alot of long term talented high ranking students rolling on the mat and are as common as the white belts at other schools. In my opinion this reflects great instruction and vibe; if people stick around like that long term then 302 is doing it right. I have a great deal of respect for Ray, Larry and Bill and that cat who does the 5:30 am class sorry I don't recall his name . Rock on wit yo bad selfs you doin it right. I believe 302 is a part of team Balance don't quote me . If you want to get good go check them out in Middletown or Wilmington.”
