The atmosphere is great and when you are there you feel like you are around family. Everyone there is very nice and courteous. A-force is great for all ages and genders. Everyone is very respectful and will apply everything in the classes. Kids will learn a lot of values that are very important in Jiu Jitsu. Discipline and respect is taught to everyone.
