“I was in town for the weekend and wanted to get some jiujitsu in so I stopped into Academy Of Grind. Had an excellent 1 hour class learning some great techniques, followed by some great rolls after. The instructor was super friendly and very knowledgeable and the students were also great. I look forward to using what I learned in my gym back home. I highly recommend AOG!”
