“I was supposed to meet a new friend at the jiu jitsu gym but didn't realize it said Karate on the business card, well I ended up at Acadia BJJ and Kris invited me to come back for the adults class that was only a half hour away. After my first night I was hooked, hands down the best workout I have ever had. The people who go to this gym are some of the coolest folk I have met. Both instructors were promoted during my first week at the gym and I was even invited to a seminar on the weekend which I definitely attended. He was extremely nice and explained how the class worked and the schedule. The class was organized well so you could learn at your own pace and feel comfortable learning new techniques.
