“This is a great place to learn and practice BBJ! Professors Nate and Ron are fantastic instructors with great knowledge and experience. The classes promote excellent along with team building growth to hone our skill sets. Honestly, this the best BJJ and self defense school I have ever attending. This is not your typical smash rolling gym. They focus on learning, growing, and keeping the body healthy. They have a fantastic blend of self defense, gi and no-gi BJJ.
