“Expect to learn and not get hurt. Adam (the owner) is Great, he fosters a team-family learning yet competitive environment. Him and his staff teaches well to all groups, kids, teenagers, Adults, and Competitive Athletes. The best part is if you live at the trilith, you’ll have a 5 star Bjj gym and friends right next door.”

“Awesome Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school! Coach Adam is great! The vibe is relaxed, and everyone helps each other to get better. Several members compete regularly and others are hobbiests. In addition to the adults and kids classes. There are several female members and also ladies only classes. Overall, highly recommended for anyone considering something challenging to try and for anyone wanting to continue their BJJ journey!”

“Coach Adam is in a class of his own! He is a talented & smart coach who can help you in life and your journey with Jiu-jitsu. His temperament and patience is just as good as his physical skills. AG Jiu-Jitsu Academy gym is very clean and set up perfectly for BJJ training, growth and advancement. The huge front doors can be fully opened to allow great air flow to the space. I would highly recommend to all. Kids , women, men regardless of your back ground. Ask coach about the game of percentages? Best of luck and hope to see you there 🥋🙏”
