No matter your experience or skill level, you will be invited to participate and be given clear training. The kid's classes always seem to be a hit, and the instructors are patient and good at engaging even the hesitant kids. The adult classes are also well-attended. In my experience, the other students have been humble, willing to help you learn, and respectful grappling partners.
