The Jiu-Jitsu is definitely up to par with what I want for myself and then some. You won't find anything better in the Houston / Galveston area, so if you're looking for a place to train, there's a place for everyone at Alliance. Women, children, elderly all have a place there, and it's not just serious competitors. However, if you are in the pursuit of hard, rigorous training in hopes to win titles and tournaments, there's no better place for you to train than here. It's the complete package. 💪🏼🔥”
“I’ve been training here since they opened, and it has been a fantastic place to train! Great people, excellent instructors, and an outstanding facility! This place is like a second home; the people make you feel like part of the family! I have made many long-lasting friendships here, and everyone pushes you to be better on the mats. If you’re looking for a great place to train and has an exceptional family environment, then you’ve come to the right place! I look forward to training with you.”
“It's a great environment from beginner to advanced with a wide variety of classes to choose from. The coaches are great at teaching to each individual and the people extremely welcoming.”
“The KICK BOXING, Muay Thai here is ok but I would strongly suggest anyone looking in this area of self defense absolutely learn BOXING first. This is a must do. Using your hands effectively before you learn combing the use of your knees and feet will make you a better fighter. You really will not learn BOXING here which is a very important part of the combining of the hands and feet and you will find this out and if you don't have this experience when you are sparring with others that have been BOXING for many years and you don't know, it's too late! And sparring with someone who’s been boxing for years? That’s a crash course in humility if you’re not ready.”
“I had an amazing experience at Alliance BJJ Houston! Coach Mike is an outstanding Muay Thai coach who really knows how to motivate his students. His energy and passion for the sport make every class enjoyable and inspiring. The Jiu-Jitsu professors here are also top-notch. They are incredibly skilled and always willing to modify techniques to accommodate different body types, ensuring that everyone can learn and improve, no matter their starting point. The FitCamp coach Austin has a great energy that makes you want to push your limits.I also want to highlight Danny, the owner, who genuinely cares about both the staff and members. He is always looking for ways to enhance our experience and minimize injuries, which makes a huge difference. Overall, I highly recommend Alliance BJJ Houston for anyone looking to train in a supportive and professional environment!”
