“Wonderful, welcoming gym that provides a great mix of teammates to roll with. Chris and the other black belts are very patient with newer students but also provide a challenging environment for more advanced ones. Competition is encouraged and supported but not required. The Cassidy brothers also have a solid Muay Thai program for those who want to learn striking. Highly recommend.”

“Alliance is amazing. Chris is an excellent and a patient teacher with the kids. He teaches them proper techniques as well as how to handle themselves outside the gym so they can be prepared for real-life situations. Also whether it is Shannon or another helper they have plenty of experienced adults helping Chris.”

“Absolutely loved this place. They are always welcoming of people regardless of background. I'd say this is the place you want to go to learn; the classes are perfect for those who have never tried BJJ and the experienced folks alike. You'll be challenged but will definitely meet a great variety of folks who are willing to chat/share their experiences. If you've been curious about it but have some doubts or anxiety about it, you should definitely give it a try ! Furthermore, they conduct business in a very professional manner. I look forward to returning in the future !”
