“Trenton Cooke is a phenomenal instructor. I have taken many of his classes and hosted him for numerous seminars. He offers a very friendly, welcoming and fun environment. His style really offers something for every skill level. He breaks moves down in a way that you could understand on your first day with no problem while also giving such specific details that will sharpen any experienced practitioner's game. Perfect balance of teaching the sport as well as making sure you know how to defend yourself in life threatening situations. I cannot speak highly enough about how great I know this place is going to be.”
