“I began my Jiu-Jitsu journey almost 3 years ago. It has been a lifechanging experience. The teaching environment and overall culture of this academy is one of encouragement and fellowship. I am pushed to improve. All of the higher belts I have rolled with have helped me develop my skillset and kept me humble. There are no egos here. It is all about the sport and personal growth. I absolutely love the academy and all the instructors. Special thanks to Professor Eric Flores for creating a wonderful community to train within.”

“Great school to train at. Very welcoming atmosphere and family oriented. Coach Eric is a fantastic coach with years of knowledge in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he is also a great mentor to all his students. Come check out the school if you are looking for a new place to train in the Arlington area.”

“Eric, does a a great job at teaching jiu jitsu awesome, friendly, respectful and most of all honest. One thing I love about this facility is how clean it is and organized. The culture at this gym isn’t cult like either it’s friendly but it’s tough. The Muay Thai is great as well people can spar exactly how you want it nice and steady but if you want to go harder than you can. Trent is excellent coach too, he analyses you while your doing a drill and see what your wrong try to help you make better adjustments and the work outs are crucial for Muay Thai but they do help you get better at conditioning for sure. If you’re looking around for a gym please don’t leave this one out from your list come in and try it out.”

“I’ve been training here for 6 months, and I’m so glad that I decided to join. All of the coaches are great, and the community at the gym is very welcoming. Can’t recommend it enough if you want to learn Muay Thai and/or BJJ in the Arlington area.”

“I started cross training with the gym about 2.5 years ago due to my work having a jiujitsu program and had a partnership with Eric. Coach Eric and the team were very welcoming. The mats were clean, the environment was great and all of the students/coaches were great too. Eventually I parted ways with my previous team and started training with Eric full time, it was a great decision. There is a nice mixture of jiujitsu (hobby & competitive) Muay Thai and MMA students on the mats. Coach Eric is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a place to train, definitely come check us out! For the parents looking to get their kids involved, we have a great kids programs so stop by and and check out what jiujitsu is about.”
