Explore Jiu Jitsu Techniques“Amazing school, I dropped in and was greeted and showed around like I was part of the family. I got to dive into Nogi, and there were several upper belts mixed with newer belts all just working and getting a great session in. Coach opened up questions and went into detail with technique. I felt really confident to roll there, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place! The hardest part is showing up!”
“This school is absolutely amazing for anyone looking to level up their Jiu Jitsu or Muay Thai skills! The way they teach is incredibly effective—coaches break everything down clearly, then immediately let you roll (live practice), which helps cement what you just learned right away. All the coaches are patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. They take the time to show, explain, and ensure you're executing techniques correctly. I had the privilege of competing in my first Jiu Jitsu tournament with Coach Eric Flores in my corner, and we placed 4th in No-Gi & 2nd in Gi. By my next competition, I secured 1st place—a testament to the top-notch coaching and training environment here. The Muay Thai program is just as phenomenal! The physical and mental transformation you’ll experience is incredible. The training is intense, rewarding, and pushes you beyond your limits. Eric and all the coaches are top-tier, and I highly recommend this place to anyone serious about improving in Jiu Jitsu or Muay Thai. Sign up for the free class—then do yourself a favor and commit right away (paying in cash helps hold you accountable, haha!). You won’t regret it! 🔥💪🏽🥋🥊”
“Eric, does a a great job at teaching jiu jitsu awesome, friendly, respectful and most of all honest. One thing I love about this facility is how clean it is and organized. The culture at this gym isn’t cult like either it’s friendly but it’s tough. The Muay Thai is great as well people can spar exactly how you want it nice and steady but if you want to go harder than you can. Trent is excellent coach too, he analyses you while your doing a drill and see what your wrong try to help you make better adjustments and the work outs are crucial for Muay Thai but they do help you get better at conditioning for sure. If you’re looking around for a gym please don’t leave this one out from your list come in and try it out.”
“Great school with great students and an even better coach/instructor (Coach Eric). Students range from old guy hobbyists like me all the way down to 20-something MMA fighters, and you'll see all the different body shapes and sizes. Everyone gets the same instruction, level of attention, level of respect, and it's all provided without ego or macho nonsense that you find at some other academies. It wasn't my first stop when I was shopping for places to train, but it will definitely be the last for as long as I live in the area.”
“Great school to train at. Very welcoming atmosphere and family oriented. Coach Eric is a fantastic coach with years of knowledge in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he is also a great mentor to all his students. Come check out the school if you are looking for a new place to train in the Arlington area.”
