“The Anchor is great place to train and get in shape. It will challenge you every time you walk through the door. The group of men and women that participate in the classes are top notch people with a willingness to help you improve. Coach Tony is very detailed in the instructions and takes the time needed to make sure you understand the techniques.If you are out of shape...this will help, if you are hot headed...this will help, if you have low self-esteem...this will help.The atmosphere of this gym will encourage you to be a better you. They also offer classes for children that can bully proof them and give him/her the confidence they need.”
