“Been a part of Apex for a year. Great school. Troy and his family are great people who will do anything to help. Since coming to apex I am more confident in my self defense skills, and have made many new friends. Great place to learn how to defend yourself and have fun. Troy is a great instructor, and probably the biggest badass you will ever meet. Troys wife, Liz, is also a certified jiu jitsu machine. Awesome place to train!”

“This is a great school led by really knowledgeable instructors. The environment is friendly and everyone is willing to help and take instruction. They bring in some of the big names in Jiu-Jitsu for seminars, Royce Gracie for example will usually come by at least once per year. I HIGHLY recommend Jiu-Jitsu for self defense and this is the school to go to.”
