“The best place to train in New Windsor and in the Hudson Valley. Steve and his team are super technical with the Art of Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, and wrestling. What they teach here can not only apply to the sport but also to real world self-defense. The school offers a lot of flexibility with its hours so you can fit training regularly into your schedule! The school in has a welcoming atmosphere. I've been coming regularly for three years!”
