“The quality of jiu jitsu instruction is good and everyone was friendly and actually came up to me and says hi. That was nice. I didn’t detect any toxic attitudes, macho/tough guy behavior or weird stuff. It was a relaxed atmosphere to do not relaxing activity. Techniques were demonstrated clearly and technically. Self-defense instruction used realistic scenarios, and focused on how smaller people can defend and escape from larger attackers. I’m going back.”
