“This is a great place for kids and adults. My son (age 5) attends the kids classes at least 3 times a week. This has help build confidence and skill in just a couple of weeks. The other kids in the class are kind and respectful. They also are very welcoming to new students. The adult classes are great as well. Adam focuses on technical aspects as well as real life application. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to break down the moves so they can be understood. Adam also takes the time for questions and is always willing to get down and show you how its done! Great place, highly recommend!”

“I am doing road trip from east to west. And i stopped by and there. Professor Arebalo is a very nice guy. Plus, all teammates are so nice and friendly when newbies come to the gym. It is very good training environment. Regarding Jiu-jitsu, Professor Arebalo is very technical. As i know, he has been training BJJ for +20 years. Moreover, all teammates are very passionate and technical regardless of their belt level and training years. I definitely recommend this place.”
