“Professor Browne and Coach Carver are fantastic! Fun, safe, relaxed atmosphere and great classmates. I'd highly recommend trying it out! All you need to bring is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Been at it over 4 years now. Training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu has become one of best investments I ever made. The jiu-jitsu community is unbelievably supportive. A very welcoming and non-judgmental group of people!”

“While traveling for the Holidays, I had the chance to stop by Arise for a few jiu jitsu sessions, couldn't be more impressed by the laid-back and welcoming atmosphere at the gym. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles and friendly introductions from the Professor Browne and every one else there. Overall, my experience at Arise was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to train in the Pittsburg area. Your only regret will be not coming sooner!”
