“I’ve trained at many different BJJ gyms as a traveler. From the very first day Coach Chris and Coach Gabriel have treated me and other newcomers like family. Coach Chris encourages everyone to discard their ego, forget bad culture that other gyms have, and train hard. You won’t be in your comfort zone here, but that’s what Jiu Jitsu is about. The class format includes stand up, wrestling, judo, and jiu jitsu to be well rounded. All the instructors are happy to break down specifics with you as well. I have a daughter who is autistic and a husband who was in need of friendship and camaraderie, especially during “his solo working out” at the gym. Chris and his beautiful family have created a place for Everyone.
