“Not so friendly and professional place for kids. My son wanted to attend this establishment because of his friends, but when my husband and son when to paid for the uniform they were told no. The employee refuse to sell to them, while continuing to ask them about my son friends. Can you imagine your son being so excited to start a new adventure with his friends, only to be told no by the employee about getting his uniform. I call the next morning to speak to a manger to explain the unpleasant situation. Spoke with a gentleman who stated that he deals with customer service only for him not to solve or make any suggestions on how my son was treated on the night before. Also he just keep preceding that there wasn’t a manger to speak too….He just keep suggesting to come back on Saturday to get a uniform, but why would I want to spend my money on establishment like this?”

For those interested to know Your daily pass includes a full day Acess to all classes. 6-7am fundamentals 7-8am comp class 8-9am fundamentals 9-10 nogi 5-6 nogi 6-7 fundamentals Just note classes get super packed and don’t get shocked when people are rolling into you. It’s the norm.”
