“I was visiting Charlotte today and trained under Coach James Walsh for the adult class and open mat. Everyone — students, the coach, and the lady behind the counter — was incredibly friendly. I was also able to train for free because I was only visiting for a day. Coach Walsh’s class was both entertaining and informative. I’m a brown belt, but he taught me variations on the triangle choke I had never seen before. His students are also incredibly well trained, as I could tell when I rolled with them after class. The gym was incredibly clean and there appeared to be a play area for parents with small children. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym for anyone living in, around, or visiting Charlotte.”

I travel for work, and I was only in town for a few days but if you're looking for a place to train in Charlotte, full-time, then this is the place.
