“BJJ is very intimidating for a beginner, many people try and quit because of this but the sport has so much to offer in regards to conditioning, mobility, strength and even active meditation. Coach Will and all the higher belts go out of their way to ensure beginners are welcomed! They are patient with instructions when they are teaching techniques and even during rolling so as a person who is new to the sport does not feel like a rag doll. Its a family atmosphere from the moment you step into the gym. People here train hard but with respect to their fellow practitioners.
