“I have been training jiu-jitsu here since I was 15 because my friend invited me to a trial class. 4 years later I'm still here multiple times a week to coach or be coached. Ascension is my family and I love the accountablity that a team provides and learning from so many different coaches and professors that have a passion for teaching others and for jiu-jitsu. The team is always growing and everyone is trying to improve as athletes and as disciplined people on and off the mats.”

The facilities are amazingly clean and sharp, they have just about everything there, from bags to a cage, and a spacious mat. One of the best staff, members, and gym that I have ever been to.”

“So many amazing things to say about this place. I do the women’s kickboxing and absolutely love it. Duda made me feel right at home. You can tell she loves what she does. I like that the class is half kickboxing and half HIIT. Duda is great at helping to make sure your form is right. She will walk you through it one on one to make sure you get it. They offer a free trial so you can see if you like it. I always am so sore I can’t move my body the next day😂”
