“After some time, I was looking for a gym to get back into grappling. I stumbled upon Atlas Jiu Jitsu and decided to test the waters. I attended both the Albany and Glens Falls locations, and the decision couldn’t have been any better. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The instruction and session layout were fluid and clear. The community within was great many people shared similar stories, and it was altogether motivating. Whatever you’re looking to get out of a jiu-jitsu gym, I highly recommend giving Atlas an hour or two of your time.”

“My son and I have been training at Atlas Jiu-Jitsu in the South Glens Falls for just shy of 3 years now. The atmosphere is amazing. Everyone is welcoming, everyone who trains is always looking to help their team mates improve at Jiu-Jitsu. The Black belt and head instructor Professor Joe at this location is an amazing person. He truly enjoys what he does and you can see it when he is teaching. I also love the fact my son and I can train at any one of the 4 Atlas locations with our membership. Plus they dont just offer Jiu-Jitsu there is more that is offered, kick boxing and strength and conditioning. The team has an amazing track record when it comes to competition if thats your thing. I honestly could say more but if this review is long you may not read it all. Just come and try it out as It’s free to try.”
