“The gyms in all locations are very clean and professional. All of the coaches at Atlas care about the kids’ personal goals and journey. The tiny titans kickboxing and jiu jitsu programs have been great for all 3 of my boys. They are more active and are building confidence and skills from skilled professionals who I trust completely to keep my kids safe from any serious injury. The other parents and kids in the program are great and with multiple locations you can attend as many or as few times a week as you can. Highly recommend”

“The Valatie coaches are great. They work hard with the kids to teach them all the techniques. They put alot of their own free time into having classes available. They make it fun but also take things serious. They treat each kid as an individual and can recognize strengths with in that kid. My daughter loves it. She can't wait for her first comp!”
