“I started with Atos at the beginning of this year. I have learned so much in 8 months. I cant say enough positive comments about my journey. The instruction is great. Lessons are designed weekly with a different area of focus. Example might be one week is side-mount escapes and the next week would be side-mount attacks. The other big plus are the other students. It seems that everyone is there to help each other. We all realize we are there to learn and each member does a great job of helping each other in that process.
