“Great!…. to AWESOMENESS!!! I have the monthly subscription and enjoy everything about it. I use this service in conjunction with my BJJ training to figure out a technique or get different variations. It has helped me tremendously.. almost like having your own pocket ATOS academy in your pocket. They send updated sessions and the staff produce high quality videos.
