“I’ve trained bjj in 2006 to about 2008-9. Stopped training for a decade, then as soon as I stepped back in Covid hit and training became a no go. I’m in my 30s now and I decided to hop back in after YEARS of no mat time. My lady and I did 1 trial with professor Noa and I signed up immediately. Him and his team have nothing but great energy and although there are a lot of higher belts in his classes, you do not feel out of place at all. You will learn something in every single roll. In my previous years of training, this is the most amount of guidance and focus I’ve had from a team. Atos Tacoma is the place to train!”
