“Me and my boyfriend (blue and black belt respectively) trained here for almost a year while I was completing my masters and I have to say this place is a gem. The training is tough while still being a safe environment, the gym is nice, the prices are great and most of all the people are kind. There's a community of people in this gym who genuinely welcome newcomers and root for each individuals success. People in the gym genuinely care for each other and as the sign in the back says, leave their ego at the door (and off the mat). Also, the yoga class (as well as the fantastic instructor Kristi) is great and the flow definitely complements your BJJ game.
