“I trained at Baza Jiu Jitsu while I was in Los Angeles on business and was highly impressed by everything about the academy. The head coach, Mateus, is a multiple-time world champion so he is an experienced competitor but he has also created an environment that is beneficial for all skill and interest levels. There are two separate mat spaces and a full-fledged fitness facility downstairs. The white studio aesthetic of the interior design lends itself to the concept of Jiu Jitsu being an artform. I would recommend to anyone in the proximity of North Hollywood who has an interest in Jiu Jitsu that they should visit Baza Jiu Jitsu for a life-enhancing experience.”

“I'm delighted! I think my son and I have visited all the gyms in Los Angeles. Each has its pros and cons, but even with their pros, the level of training and much more does not suit us 🙁 (Maybe it's good for someone, but it doesn't suit us) BAZA is something else 🤩 To be honest, some people advised me to bring my child to Baza, but I was sceptical🧐 in connection with previous experiences 💁🏼‍♀️ I kept an eye on BAZA and watched them from social media 🔭 What can I say, it's beautiful, yes 🙌🏼! No doubt 👍🏼💪🏼 All coaches are great and helpful 🫶🏼 Unfortunately In many gyms, training lasts only 1 hour. I think it is impossible to learn anything properly in one hour. In BAZA training lasts longer and is of better quality. I also want to note the children are very friendly and help each other, which is very valuable. No arrogance, no show-offs ❤️ I am very selective in many things and very attentive to details. I can confidently say that BAZA is the place we were looking for 🫶🏼 Btw , there is also GYM downstairs 😉”

“I signed up my son here a couple months ago. He was a little too young for the kids program but they were willing to take him anyways and give him a chance. My son was welcomed by not only the instructors but also by the all of the kids. The facility is top notch and clean. If you’re in the sfv area come check out baza jiu jitsu you won’t be disappointed.”
