The beginner class is good for advanced and beginner alike because the techniques are taught in a way that you can always learn something new and improve on what you think you already know. The advanced class also improves technique and mobility. I have found that everything I’ve learned from Professor Randy has been useful in sparring because of the way he incorporates the instruction and drills. I like that he teaches techniques as a series for the month. This is an efficient and helpful way to learn BJJ. The atmosphere is welcoming and family friendly.”
