“This is a fantastic place with a dedicated husband and wife team and well trained assistants that teach every age group from 4 years old to adult. Our granddaughter attends and we are not only impressed with how and what she is learning on the physical end but also life lessons. Ava attends one hour sessions 3 times per week and when we attend can see her self confidence growing as well as her respect for herself and others. Teacher Bill as well as all involved work on the mats and hands on showing the classes not only how to do the various holds but what are the results of correct and incorrect actions. At a recent class I listened to Instructor Bill challenge his students to always do the most difficult task at home or school as that is what will make you a better person...how often do you hear others offering that challenge?
