“My wife and I first started hearing the legend of "The Birdman" when we moved to a new house in Vero Beach in late 2020. Since then we've been fortunate enough to train with John and learn from enough to know everything we heard was true and then some. John is an amazing and accomplished practitioner in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, and Ginastica Natural, but more importantly than his skill is the passion he has for teaching and the desire to make those around him better.
